I got a new phone system at work. The system sends the voicemails to me as an email attached wav file. The old system did the same thing and all worked fine. Since the new system is installed ALL of the wav files that are sent get error FILE FORMAT NOT SUPPORTED. Sprint not able to assist. Samsung not able to assist. Phone system installer not able to assist. Anyone know why none of the media players will play these wav files?
