Help WAV files on droid. Tried some things, still not working.

Tried putting a different MP3 player that claims to play WAV files on my Evo 4G, that did not work.

My employer's voicemail system e-mails me WAV files, and it will not play on my Evo 4G. My co-worker has a Blackberry, and he never has any problems.
