Since some of us decided to return our sub 3G upload spd Atrix in the coming days, just trying to find ways to get the full refund, without any rip off on the restocking and activation fee.
If you have any successful story, please post it.
The argument I'm going to use is..
It's a defective device becasue
1) AT&T network is fine and could support 1+MBPS upload (proved by iphone)
2) A 4G phone is expected have better network performance vs 3G. yes, the rep told me the network is not supporting true 4G now. But at least it won't be worse than "any" 3G phone (ie iphone again). AT&T didn't say the upload speed would be around 300K for their "most powerful phone" in their lineup.
3) I didn't read any details on any forum online. So, if AT&T can provide a new Atrix hardware that support 1MBPS+ upload. I'll take it.
4) Otherwise, I would suggest that a false advertisement or I "probably" have a "lemon" phone
