I have an EVO and there's been lot's of talk lately about getting the correct settings for it to be on "CDMA auto prl" vs GSM, and using the Network app (or a series of numbers and symbols on the phone dialer) to access the menu to change it.
This morning I got curious and decided to install Network on my wife's Moment to see how her phone was set up, and it was set to "WCDMA preferred". Is that right? Should I switch it to the "CDMA auto prl" or leave it how it is?
Doing some research and not finding anything recent that shows WCDMA is even used in the US, seems to be mostly in Japan.
Anyone know about this?
