Weather app with automatic height compensation (GPS)

If I have a phone with barometer and equipped with GPS it should be possible to show barometric pressure for weather reading with automatic height compensation as the GPS can tell me how many meters above sea level I am.

Is anyone aware of such app for Android 4.0? I have seen an app where I needed to adjust the height myself but I want it to be automatic.

It should be possible because i think(?) the whole point of the android barometer is to judge changes in height. I dont know of any app that actually uses it though lol

I don't know the answer, but I do know what might help your search. Instead of "height" try searching for "altitude", "elevation", or "topo"/"topographical".

I've seen one app - adware - NOAA unofficial that gives your altitude. NOAA online will give it, but they don't have an official app. You need to get the full map. SkEye also gives it in meters.
Sky Safari, in meters
