Do you mean the weather/clock widget on the screen? Because unless you rooted your phone you can't just uninstall that htc weather app.
If you long press your screen then choose widgets scroll down to clock the swipe left/right to go thru the clocks one of which is the clock/weather widget.
If it was just the weather widget then scroll down to weather and tap that one. You can also swipe left/right to change the size of that widget.
