weather changing app

Hey all,

i was wondering if there is such a thing as a ever changing wallpaper?

I'm looking for a wallpaper that will update every hour or so and show a sceen for my loc, like a snow covered field.

Can this be done or has it been done? i think it would be cool to use at the moment with all the snow we are getting.

Desire is very powerful but with this CPU, it is not capable of changing the weather


I think there may be weather live wallpaper but not on lock screen
