Help Weather refresh?

My HTC clock widget (with the weather, the one that most use) doesnt refresh. I've had the problem since my 2.2 update I think...
I thought it was the task killer shutting it down, but I deleted the killer and it still happens.
It'll just show the town I'm in, and occasionally, thats wrong as well.
Suggestions?

Have you tried the usual suspects? Restarting the phone after uninstalling the task killer? Removing and re-placing the widget? Re-entering the correct settings (update frequency, GPS locations, etc)?

If none of that works, I'd try downloading a third-party weather app (the simpler the better, and free of course) and see if that one works OK.

Then I'd try updating over Wifi/Verizon exclusively, and see if that makes a difference (it shouldn't, but you never know).

Then I'd probably try a factory reset, though that might be kind of a big deal for you. I don't really mind it, setting up the phone is half the fun - but I realize I'm a little unusual in that regard .
