Help Weather theme over top of lock screen

Without me realising, the default weather app that came with my LG G4 put the weather on my lock screen for a few seconds before fading away. Below is a link to a 15 second video I uploaded showing you what I mean. Because the weather is supposedly thunderstorm it gave my lock screen a really cool thunder effect which actually went perfectly with my lock screen picture.

My question is is there an app that puts this lightning effect over my HOME screen which has the same picture as my lock screen? A thunder effect would look great on my home screen.

I've just witnessed the weather lock screen animation.

It's raining pretty hard and a flood alert has been issued for the area. I previously owned an EVO 4G LTE and used the weather as my wall paper and lock screen and it was truly amazing and the one thing I really really miss.

The LG weather lock screen is marginal at best, the animation is simple.

I wish there was an app that did was sense did. sigh.....

Thanks. I've looked at weatherback, but it doesn't do anything near what the HTC EVO weather app did.

I wonder why OEM got rid of weather wallpaper and lockscreens?
