Its 10pm and dark as can be. Yet this Weather Widget is telling me its 78 and partly sunny, after numerous reloads! What the he!!....

yeah i just started the same thread about 10 pm also and same issue, it seems to have resolved itself now.
Yes, I have noticed it as well and for me it is not solveable unless updated. I will really like an update so that widget can atleast update the daylight/night settings automatically without going to internet.
You can't have full Moon at 12:00 PM or fully sunny at 11:00 PM in the night.
