Weatherbug (UPDATE) - Now available for install on Xoom

I was able to finally get it pushed to my Xoom as well and I am experiencing the error mentioned here as well. However, I was given an option to report the error, which I did, and promptly gave them an earful. :)
 
Working wonderfully on my Xoom now! I just wish there was a large widget for my home screen. The 1x4 is a bit small. I like the look of it when its open.

Nice! So this is definitely the Honeycomb version (not that I don't believe you, just that you're the first to get it to work ;))? Maybe our emails have finally made some things happen over at Weatherbug!

I'm pretty sure only a Mod can do that.
 
Just sent it to my Xoom from home. It should be installed, waiting on me to mess with it when I get home, along with the new Tegra Zone app.
 
i can confirm the beta has installed. it really is a nice program. has the temp in the notofication area at the bottom.barometer, huge pretty graphics... very nice app. thanks all for the heads up on it...

you can even see webcam shots from different areas. pretty slick...lots of other bells and whistles..

our emails paid off. cheers to all who helped..
 
Got it working also. Now for a home page widget to go with it!! Hope the beta auto updates.

Found it!!

The home page widget always says 'loading' and I'm getting some forced closes but it is a beta....
 
I wish the widget was better or more than one to choose from. Everything else is awesome.
 
One thing I just recently noticed and caused me to uninstall is the fact that WB (beta) is constantly polling to see where the connection is coming from (wifi/or 3g). It does this even if you tell it not to update. This was reeking havoc on my battery life to the point I had to uninstall. Hope you all are having better luck.

I would love to do that! Would you mind pointing out how? I'm not seeing how to accomplish it. Don't see one in the market nor within the app. Thanks for your time.

sure thing. go to the devs main page from the market link. there is a contact us section. there are a couple of emails and phones numbers to call if you prefer that way. :) i could reach out to the marketing person of the company and ask if there is a proper way to submit bug reports. ill tell you what she says.. :)

im all for making this app as strong as it can be. im not coo coo for coco puffs but im diggin' this lieelt app. :)
