Help web direct triumph

Hey does anyone know what a web direct triumph is I'm receiving a replacement phone due to issues with my current one and was wandering what that was he said that's what I was recievin heres part of the email (Since you have already reset the phone we will have to issue you another replacement. I will be more than happy to send you a web direct phone if they are in stock. This is a new phone.)and another (Thank you for the requested information. I was able to succesfully submit a replacement order for the web direct Triumph.)

Did you contact them online?

My guess is that is just terminology for a replacement worked out online.

they probably meant that you're getting one directly from them.
