Root Web uploads not working with my rooted Motion.. Anyone else experiencing this???

So I have been trying to upload images to the web from my phone and it isn't
working.. When I click an upload or attach image button (for example, on
facebook or even here on the forum) the box pops up asking me where I want
to get the file from, just as it should. However, once I choose the file, instead of
uploading it, it seems that the page simply refreshes and my file hasnt been
uploaded or attached..

I have all of my photos from camera, as well as anything I download going
directly to the SD card to save space. I have had it this way for quite some time,
and I never had this problem before, so I know the file path is accessible and it
should work.. I am using Dolphin Browser, so there is a chance that the
problem could exist there too, but I'm not seeing anyone else with this
complaint so I'm not sure..

Has anyone else had this problem or is anyone currently experiencing this with
their Motion?? Any input or solutions would be greatly appreciated..
 
I am using stock firmware version, I have never made an update to my phone version and am not using a custom rom...

I will try sharing direct from the gallery, and see what happens.. Even if that works, it still won't be useful for uploads to anywhere other than email or facebook, you know?
 
I'm running 77010c, which I always have been.. I'm not sure what would cause this to stop working or why I'd update if it has always worked before..

Once I choose the file I want to upload, the web browser just refreshes the page without attaching the file.. I never update my apps so it must be some kind of internal conflict but I cannot figure it out for the life of me..Additionally, when the popup box appears for me to select how I get the file, I have the options of root browser, camera, and gallery, just like I should have but regardless of which method I use, it never works once I click the file. it acts like it works but the webpage just reloads..
 
i had the same problem when using stock browser then i tried it on opera and i was able to upload a picture for fb. i dont think this has anything to do with firmware
