Is there any way to use the Fascinate as a webcam for skype or in something else? Do I need to download an app?

I've heard of some ppl using a mirror, or you can install a ffc but its a pretty big task in this phone from what I've heard.

What about just using skype on your laptop and just using the phone as the camera? What's a ffc? Thanks for your help.

ffc = front facing camera.

I don't believe the phone can work as a USB webcam, but the idea kinda sounds cool lol

I don't believe Skype Video works on Android. For now, you can use ustream to work as a webcam.

If you want to video chat via your phone, download an app called Tango. It will use your rear camera soo you'd have to be looking at the back of your phone for the person to see you (assuming they have a front facing camera... if they don't its kind of useless)

Theres an app out Droidcam that makes it so your computer can use your SF as a webcam thru WiFi
