Anyway to use this Captivate as a webcam? I saw some other threads about this with other phones, but it's not working with the Captivate due to some resolution issues.

do you mean as a webcam on the pc? this app does it but the framerate isnt that good:

FWIW, the uStream broadcast app in the market works well for me on the Captivate. It's not exactly what you asked for but may be a substitute for what you want to do ...
