Help webpage with exclmation mark

I just purchased an Indulge from MetroPCS. When I try to download a local newspaper, I get an exclamation mark with a circle around it. Is this a memory issue. Anypne know how to fix this?

Maybe it's a timeout error. Or there is insufficient memory. The download process is gets started, you see the progress barchart, then you get the page with an exclamation point.
 
I get that when I go to National Weather Service and try to view a looping radar (multiple images in series). I think it's some kind of unsupported content on the phone browser, like a certain kind of flash or some plug in that will work on your browser at home, but not on the phone maybe? Just a thought. Try the plain text or WAP version of your newspaper's website, or try a different browser (although I get the same problem using Dolphin, iirc).
