Actually, off-character, Lady Gaga is an intelligent, well-spoken woman (yes, this was a surprise to me, too!). I'm not a fan of her musical genre, but I respect her talent and showmanship, as well as her ability to exceed her target audience's expectations.
I was a little harsh perhaps. Saw her on 2 chat shows. Cynicism is a privilege of advanced middle age
