Help Weird battery question

So my tbolt is on the charger. I look at it and I see the charging icon goes from 80ish % and jump to 100% charged. What does this mean? Do I need a new battery?

Stock or extended battery? My rezound battery does that and runs fine.

It's the stock battery. It does run fine but i thought it was weird.

I don't remember if it happened with my stock but I'm sure it has a time or two.
