Weird Connection Problem

Hey all!

I love the motion as much as everyone else, but I've been having a very weird connection problem lately. It happened just now.

My phone was inactive for about 2 hours, as I was working here in the office. I eventually decided to unlock my phone and use a few apps, surf online using the dolphin browser - just regular usage as always. I couldn't!

The upload arrow point up was lighting up and blinking as usual. However, the download arrow pointing down near the 4g symbol was not lighting up. I can't connect to any apps or surf online.
This happens every now and then.

Most of the time, if I restart the phone, the download arrow is back to normal, and connection is ok.

I just don't understand.

You should try and contact your service provider it may be an issue with 4G or a tower maybe try updating your PRL

I wouldn't worry that much. It might be network issue. I've been with Metro for few years, they have slowdowns and network issues few times in a year.

I get this sometimes when I travel around the city and network switches. Try disabling then enabling data.

Happens to me sometimes, especially after switching cells.

As noted above, I use the notification button to disable, then re-enable data network, and that usually clears it up.
