my lg volt has weird loading times with picture loading and uploading, my phone will be working fine but once i put it to sleep and turn it back up again it will take forever to load pictures on facebook or messenger or it will take forever to upload pics or messages, when this happens i have to restart my phone, everytime -.- so does anyone have this problem as well and if so is there any fix for it, ive already reset it and the problem still persists any help would be appreciated thanks
