Help weird no vibrate thing

So the phone wont vibrate for incoming calls/ notifications or even in vibrate only mode, no.matter how I change the settings. Can anyone help?

set vibrate to "always" in settings > Sound > vibrate
if that doesn't work, i'm not sure what your problem is.

Yeah I've done that, and it still wont work. I mean, its not that big of a deal I guess, but I mean if I'm paying this much for my phone, I want it to work lol

I would look at getting an exchange that should work, especially considering there is no notification led. You have until the end of today go exchange it.
