Weird pictures

Sometimes when I take pics and go back to review some, they become all grayed out! Did that with my videos a few times also.... Has anyone else had this problem and if so, is there a way to fix this issue?
 
Has nothing to do with the camera lens, its something internal. Did it with my last spirit too. More so the pic just grays out and blocks up opposed to being blurry(I clean my lens everytime I snap a pic)
 
I have the same problem a t times, i just do a quick screen shot during that millisecond of time you have before it turns gray.
