Weird problem in three security apps. Help me!!

Jucoso

Hello good evening to all of the forum, my name is Julya'm new here and I am Brazilian forgive me for my english, I urgently need someone to help me with this big problem.
I have a s4 coming giving me a slight headache these days (sorry if the topic is great is that I need someone who can understand and solve). About 3 days ago I decided to take a factory reset on my phone why he was finding it a little slow. Before that reset security best apps worked perfectly (GotYa, Cerberus and Xtrasec). After I did this, some commands of these applications simply stopped working, all three have the function of CONTROL BY SMS. And just coincidentally functions "find a device" by sms did not work, the rest was perfect. These problems have something in common ... Why just this function (the most important) is not working like before? Someone please help me, I'm lost. Is it something related to GPS? Something was excluded when doing factory reset?

NOTE: Before I was using GO SMS, had already cleared the'' Disable other message notification option'', and worked perfectly. I did the same this time and this problem continues with or without the app installed. Help me, my phone was expensive and these applications could help me if this were not uncommon problem.
Have other apps installed and the same problem occurs in all.

There are a few possibilities.

Uninstall all the apps and delete any accounts you have on their sites.

Turn the phone off.

Turn the phone on, download and install the apps. Set them up again. (You may have to establish accounts. I use Android Device Manager to locate my phone, so I don't know whether the apps you use need accounts created.)

This will address a few of the possibilities.

Don't worry about your English. There's only one word in your entire post that tells us that you're not a native English-speaker. (We call an inanimate object "it", not "him" - inanimate objects have no gender in English.)
