Weird problems with newly purchased triumph, please help

Im new here and i appreciate any response to this. ok so i brought a triumph today. charged it for 4 hours started it up put everything back on using my backup pro and everything was going fine. then this music starts playing in the background and i couldnt stop it unless i muted the phone. i thought that maybe it was some weird notification sound cause it didnt last long at first. then i downloaded a few apps from 4shared and it went crazy and the music wouldnt go away and when it would it would be back. so i deleted the apps from 4shared from my SD card but the music came back anyway. so i returned everything to factory settings and the sound stayed gone. but when i tried to use my wifi which is wpa2- personal it would scan then disable it but still remember my wifi. when i first used the phone my wifi was working fine but for some reason after restoring it its not working although i can connect to other open wifis cause i tried. i restored to factory settings twice and it still wont work. now i restored to factory settings and im letting it charge for 4 hours hoping this fixes it. which is prolly stupid. any help would be greatly appreciated, also any info as to whats going on exactly with my phone would be amazing. cause i really wanna know if my phone is defective. btw i am using OS

Be careful talking about acquiring pirated apps, because thats not tolerated here. Also you need to explain more about your setup, are you on a custom ROM? Are you doing a factory reset from within the phone or in CWM recovery?

Idk if this is any help, but I know in romming, residual data from backups can sometimes cause problems when you restore the data from the backup to a different from. Idk if that applies to unrooted phones though if that's your case
