Help weird roaming message

every since I got the gingerbread update my phone will pop up a message saying that Im International roaming. I live close to west virginia and have data roaming enabled, is this just the normal message for roaming? I love the gingerbread update and have no other complaints other than this.

Try calling *228 and hit option 2. It will reset your PRL and should do the trick.
