Help weird screen pops up sometimes

every once and a while when im doing something the screen will falsh then a black screen comes up with HTC on it then the phone resets the home screen like when it is first turning on does anyone know what this is
 
means that you have too many apps open, or one of them just KILLS on the memory, and it causes sense ui to close on it's own (as the phone manages memory towards apps that need it)....this used to happen to me iwth camera 360 on the eris all the time....eris had no memory, so having 360 open for more than 3 minutes would cause sense to close itself
