Help Weird screen when turning off Wildfire

[Jamesey162]

When i recently installed an app (Launcher Pro) and i wanted to restart my phone to clear everything an restart all the services, so i held down the standby button and selected shutdown. Whilst it was shutting down i was turning the screen on and off (really i dont know what i was doing) and it came up something similar to what i found here but it didn't shutdown just went straight to that screen.

Accept it didn't say s-off, (and had a little android robot skating )

Really what I'm asking is, how did I do that?

hold down the volume down button and turn the phone off, it will open that prompt.
Hope you wont ever need to use it though

I used it once because me and my daughter traded phones and I wanted it to be a like new phone for me. She wanted my BlackBerry Curve 8530, I think I got the better deal.
