Root Weird syncing anomalies-please help!!!

Ok something weird happened today when I synced my eris to my windows 7 laptop and I need some help figuring this out. So I rooted my phone tonight with the 1 click app, all went well without a hitch. I installed SystemApp Remover to get rid of the bloatware, which was successful as well, with no issues as of yet. I plugged my phone into my laptop to charge while I was exploring the wide world of being rooted, and had the thought to transfer my pics from my phone to the computer. I couldn't get anything to happen while I was synced, so I changed the connection type and mounted the disk drive. As soon as I did my computer immediately recognized the pics on my phone and began the process of importing them. Importing went off without a hitch but here comes the weird part I need help with. I have 72 pics and 3 videos on my phone, and my computer recognized and imported 185 items. All the extra items were pics that I had deleted weeks ago, and there were what seemed to be screen captures from websites that I had visited on my phone, not every site that I had visited was there, it seemed to be a random collection of sites from the past 2 months (the length of time I've had the phone). Can anyone help me figure out where these extra and/or deleted items came from, or how I might be able to keep my phone from saving these things. I am relatively new to smartphones and have no clue what is going on here, so any help you guys could give me would be great. Thanks!!!

I don't know about the Return Of The Deleted Pictures (sounds like a bad scary movie) but I'd say the extraneous web site stuff was because the browser cache had not been cleared. You can either clean the cache manually under Applications, or download Cache Cleaner from the Market and let it clean all the caches at once.

Good question, I've had the same experence. I would like to know the answer to that one as well.
