Help Weird time stamp on Texts

I have been getting texts from the future. Usually about 5 hours later. When asking the people who texted me they said that they had recently sent them. I recieved 4 texts while driving so when I got home and opened the conversation the texts were out of order because of the times they were recieved. It seems like this is happening more and more. I downloaded the leaked version of 2.2 then did the official OTA. Other then that stock and unrooted. Was actually about to root and decided I should get this fixed first. I followed Earlymon's how to fix froyo also. Thanks in advance.
 
I would guess it's a Time Zone problem. Do you have Automatic selected under Settings, Date & Time?
 
I did have automatic checked so I unchecked it and it had all the right settings auto saved. Plus all the people have been in and had phones all from the same time zone as I am in.
