Weird warning from Android (fast boot)

I just bought a Android phone, and in the battery section there's a setting at the bottom called Fast boot. Name says it all, if on it'll boot faster. But it says that I should "Turn off to use some Market apps"

Which ones can't I use with fast boot on?

Looks like that's for me to guess, and HTC to know. I think they shouldn't been more specific here. Anyone who knows which apps will malfunction if fastboot is on?

I turn off Fast Boot. I don't reboot my Android phone all that often, and when I do, I don't mind if it takes a bit longer, because it seems to run better.

On my EVO 3D, the first app I had a problem with was Google Voice. I had to deselect Fast Boot to make GV work for me.

To me it's an unnecessary feature, likely to cause more problems than not, and a hell of beach to debug, because you never get a warning when an app doesn't work. I just figured out by a storke of luck this setting when Google Voice wasn't work, and when I turned it off, Google Voice worked on reboot. Just turn it off.
