Couldn't have been easier, rooted successfully. But right after I realized my phone wouldn't charge when I'd plug it into my wall charger. Tried a different, same thing. Tried plugging it into my laptop, and there it'll charge. I quickly unrooted my phone. But the problem persists. This morning I tried charging my kindle fire which uses the same type of charger and realized neither the kindle nor the DX charger works on the kindle (Kindle runs a modified version of gingerbread in case you didn't know)
What in the world happened??? Could my phone have busted these chargers? Both DX and Kindle will charge and function when plugged into a computer but they won't recognize that they are plugged into an outlet and charge. This is the weirdest thing I've seen. I never rooted my kindle or anything either it's brand new. I find it hard to believe rooting my phone caused it to mess up these two chargers?
Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. I can't charge my phone without a laptop on the go which is scaring me. And phone isn't under warranty anymore.
Sidenote: I am in Europe for the moment so I'm using converters for the chargers. However I've never had a problem with this before.
