Welcome to Android Forums.
What type and model your phone is, weather your phone is stock or rooted, weather you have a custom recovery or stock, and weather you have a custom ROM or stock is important information we will need to help.
The best thing to do right now is to ask the same question, giving as much detail as possible (including what may have led up to the phone getting stuck in the bootloader), in the phone specific forum for your phone that is listed in the main forum menu.
