Root well i think my tab is F"ed

I think my sprint tab is done I rooted it fine but when I try to do the vol down and power after successfully getting clockwork by rom manager now it just shows an android pickin coal and says wait downloading do not turn off target but its been like that for a good 20 mins should I just waited it out or what? Please need help

Did you try volume up and power?
