Help were to put files on sd card

ok i have the beautiful widgets apk. but trying to add it to my SD Card for my droid x. can anyone tell me were i need to put it? i open my sd card in my computer. it has some folders already. but which one do i need to put it in? i just stuck it in on the card and open my folders up on my phone and it says that install blocked for security . your phone is set to block installation of application not obtained from android market. did i stick it in the right place and just need to install it? don't want to screw the phone up since its only 2 days old. thanks for the help.

i had it on my computer because a friend had given it to me. so i figured i use it.

nope. not going to lie and say yes i paid for it. but he did and didn't like it.

As with any other group, there are some rules. One of the cardinal rules is that no talk of piracy will be condoned.

We appreciate your honesty, but what you want to do is illegally pirate a program that you didn't pay for.

Beautiful Widgets is worth signifigantly more than it's market price. At a whooping $1.92 (last I looked), you should be able to swing that if you want to use it's functionality.

Any non-market APK can be installed, but the default settings block them. Please only install items that you purchased legally, or are free but not available in the market.
