What application for Tweets?

I want an application that allows tweets to post to facebook. Which one does this?

You'll have to do that from within facebook itself I believe on your computer and allow tweets to be posted on your facebook. And then from then on when you tweet from your phone or wherever it will also go to your facebook.

I use Tweetcaster, it can post your tweets to FB.
