Help what apps slow down your thunderbolt!?

so i usually monitor what apps i download and see how they effect my phone. i thought it would be nice if everyone shared what apps they've found to slow down their phones. i'll start.

i installed systempanel lite. noticed my phone was very sluggish in all aspects. uninstalled it and was fine. also found that go launcher slowed my phone down.

I think it's when it's polling for new data that it starts to bog down the system. You can see it in those times actually using a fair amount of the cpu (if you use TOP or something similar). I actually uninstalled it and swapped over to ScoreMobile instead and haven't felt the phone slow down since.
