What apps work on Ace2?

[howieleem]

I went on the Samsung website and i could not find the Ace 2 in the selection of phones when i tried to download an App. Anyone know why?

I've tried US website of samsung.com , but also haven't found ACE2. Then I've tried UK website and whoalia!

Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 - Android 2.3 - 5MP Camera Phone - Samsung UK - OVERVIEW <---- Galaxy ACE 2

Just dunno what app you were looking.. Maybe KIES? Samsung Apps program? Here, try it:

Samsung Apps - Tablet & Smartphone Features - Samsung UK

Kies Samsung

If i go to Ace 2 on UK website, there is a link to Apps, then if i choose an App such as Qr Barcode scanner, there is a pull down to check which phones it works on, and the Ace 2 is not in the list.
Poor website design. Even worse functionality for the Ace 2. Should have got an Iphone.

Only if you want to go to the bad, dark side......

Can't you just look on the Play Store? It tells you on the left if apps are compatible or not. Or am I missing something here?
