what are the BEST instagram settings for the Galaxy S4?

I have been seeing several posts around the web about how instagram processes photos worse on android than iOS. I need a straight answer, what are the optimal settings and guidelines for the best looking photos from my Galaxy S4 i-9500. For example, use/don't use instagrams camera, or use/don't use "high quality image processing". And how photos should be edited to keep the original 4:3 aspect ratio, for example the app #square. Or weather you should just crop the photos in instagram. Help would be appreciated.

Buy a real camera if you want good pictures. Other than that Instagram will not be as good a pic as the stock camera.

You didn't help at all, you can take great looking pictures with the stock Galaxy s4 camera, and then upload it to instagram and the quality decreases, I just wanna know any guidelines to keep the original quality as much as possible

Not sure if you get better using instagrams camera and using high quality image processing of or stock camera and importing to instagram. All I'm saying is neither are going to give you a truely good picture. You will only get something that looks good on a small screen. I would think you'd get better using the stock camera and importing it. But if you're just relying on interior lighting you can get a pretty poor quality shot anyhow.
