what are the pros and cons of U.S. version vs Intl. version

What are the pros and cons in choosing a US version and an international version?


Also Id like to add that I saw some cool aftermarket battery covers for the original note 1 for sale on ebay when I first got the at&t version back in june. Sadly none of those "cool" battery covers were compatible with the u.s. Version because the custom covers were only meant for the note 1 intl. version. I was really hoping to give my at&t note that unique touch since i rock my phones naked (no case no screen protectors), but the battery covers fit differently for u.s. and intl versions on the note 1. Seeing as the note 2 will aesthetically look the same, have a quad core, and virtually be the same phone. Only time will tell but do you think ill be able to get a custom battery cover this time regardless of which version i choose?
 
The domestic ones, I believe, haven't technically been announced so we're not positive there will be any differences like there are with the S3. It's been highly rumored that it will maintain the same quad core Exynos proc. as the Int'l one and not swap for the S4 like the S3 did.
I think the only difference would be a slight size variance to accommodate the difference cell radios by carrier. If any would be closest to the int'l one, it'd be the AT&T version.
 
I do not believe there is any difference in size (regardless of the radios, sim card, sd card slots) inside. Only difference that i can tell is that the International ones won't have the LTE radios that the US carriers have. With so many different frequencies involved both 3G and 4G, there isn't enough room for all the radios even in the Note.

This is just a guess, but judging from the way that Samsung regulated on the providers to offer the same SGS 3 across all the US providers (w/ exception to the radios, obviously), I'd imagine that they'll want to do the same for the Note 2.

That said, isn't NFC integrated into the back cover of phones? I'm not to familiar with how it's structured on the Note 2, but I'd imagine that NFC would have to be integrated the same (as far as aftermarket battery covers).
 
The Note LTE (Note 1, US) has the NFC built into the battery cover.


Question: If the overseas version does have LTE is there any chance of it working with AT&T's LTE frequences here in the States?
