Open the Barcode scanner in your phone. Some to this site on your computer. Scan the square barcodes with Barcode Scanner and you will see the text.

QR-Code Generator

Select either URL, Text, Phone number, or SMS.
Type in whatever you want.
Choose a size...Small is probably best for here.
Generate

On the left side under the generated barcode will be the code's Permalink. Click on that and then you'll be directed to the image file.

Copy that URL and then when you post here, click on the Picture icon and that'll ask for the URL of your picture. Paste and you're done.

Of course, all this is easier on the computer.

Ps.
And you won't be able to read any of these barcodes from the phone's browser since your camera is the scanner...unless maybe you do some tricks with mirrors? Hmm...
