shooooot Girl! FlY that bird out this way! We starting TXGiving early this year, taking advantage of the brisk weather while it lasts!

I don't think another TXGiving GREASE-BURGER will "FLY" this Year!

Got a pot on the stove with over a kilo of beef, simmering in red wine. With laurel, juniper, oregano, marjoram and garlic. I'll add a mountain of mixed vegetables and mini potatoes later.

When yoo say "kilo of beef".....errrr what-err-we talking here?....USDA grade, El Segundo-cut? Columbian-Biscuits ??....whut?....

Just finished hanging out two loads of washing to dry. Although it's late in the afternoon the wind will have it all dry within a couple of hours...
