Sitting on hold waiting for a real person to pick up... it's been 26 minutes so far. NOT COOL. I was told this dept. was available from 8am to 9 pm Central time & it's not even 5:30 pm.
Edit to add: Spent 29 minutes on hold, less than 10 minutes to resolve my issue once someone finally answered. SO annoying! But I recently switched (back) to Sprint & this is about getting my EFT of $240 reimbursed that shows up "denied" online & shouldn't have been, so spending a long time on hold is worth it. What a pain in the butt!!
