Joy Division, Transmission.

I wanted badly to be Sumner, with well fitting shirts, good hair, sex appeal, and half his (half) skills on the guitar; Sadly, reality got in my way, and I never even had a tenth the guitar horsepower, or 1/20th the sex appeal at 15 years old.


And look in Ian's eyes, (and ill fitting wardrobe)...........You could tell, in hindsight he sadly only had another week or two to go.

Respect to the drummer. That beat is very busy, and unrelenting. Think my arms would be falling off at the end of that song.

Most joyous, ferocious music to the ears, dear God was it fun in the day.
Is it any wonder the Yamaha emblem is a triple tuning fork?

(And yes, the tacho doesn't even begin to understand paddock speeds, only comes to life out in the real world.) Watch the needle, how smooth the downshifts, and the so badly missed upshift early in the video. All fun to listen to, however.
