1- AUPEO (customizable internet radio)
2- ES file explorer
3- swipepad (allows changing programs which are frequently needed by one swipe)

Where did U find "Tv Portal"? I searched Google Play and a few other places. Does it go by another name?

skifta - upnp/dlna client
Da Tuner - chromatic instrument tuner
 
I'm new in Android !!
I know some of the apps power clean,root explorer,greenify,mxplayer .. that's all i know
Is there any helpful apps pls provide the apps names ! o_O

We don't even have a forum for that device,however,don't let that deter you from asking around here.
As soon as more people see this discussion (in a few hours or so,most are still out for the evening,or,just getting their day started) I'm certain someone can address some of your questions,especially those specific to your device.

I can rule out one of the apps you mentioned (lucky patcher):
It appears it's an app that claims to bypass application licenses (piracy).
That,or,the discussion of such apps,is NOT condoned for any reason here at Android Forums.
