Root What available kernels have HAVS or SVS support?

I like the idea of undervolting but IncrediControl says my kernel doesn't support HAVS or SVS and Voltage Controller doesn't even have an option for it.

Started with CTMod, tried reinstalling the latest HyperKernel v3.0, no dice.

Is it not supported atm or undoable for the marquee?

the processor is a omap, not a qualcomm. the kernel has SmartReflex which automatically undervolts the cpu when needed.
