Help What battery problems?

Returned from my deployment yesterday. Had my EVO battery charged to 100%, then went into work. 5 hours later my battery is sitting at 94% and this is after playing music in my truck from my phone and making two telephone calls of short length.

Yep. I also haven't experienced this horrible battery life people keep complaining about. My Evo's outlasts both my Iphone and my daughter's brand new Nexus. And this is without all the fancy battery saving (or not) apps.

Am I missing something?

That's not abnormal. The battery will typically drain from 100% to around 90% quickly, as the phone does not trickle charge normally. That means it never hits 100%, and the quick drop is it recalculating the real battery %. If it continues to drop quickly after that, then you might have a problem.
