Help What causes decrease or increase in fps on Dinc?

I have been running different demos that show you what fps you can achieve (nenamark1) and I was just wondering why sometimes I get 14 fps (which seems kinda low for this phone) and other times only 10 fps?

I just ran nenamark1 and it said my result was 0.0 fps haha, so maybe nenamark1 isnt the most reliable?
