Help What clock widget is the guy using?

been looking for a flip clock with big numbers for my nexus, skip to 1:50, tried to copy the link without embed so it would skip to that time, but guess you can't?

It's an HTC Specific widget.

Though I don't think the numbers flip, but Beautiful Widgets has a nice clock, a good amount of themes and whatnot.

That looks like the HTC clock widget. There's several similar clocks like that at the Play store (search for sense clock)... you just have to try them all till you find one you like as I found they all offer different options.

If you want specifics, I know that clock is from Sense 4.0, debuted on the "One" series of phones. Has thinner numbers than the older Sense clock versions and more simplistic.

Could be a difference in the Sense version where the clock widget is updated. I'm just guessing though.

Beautiful Widgets would be your best bet, IMHO. It was one of the very first apps I ever paid for.

there are PLENTY of the sense style clock widgets out there on the play store so just check them out.
there are very few that actually flip like an actual sense clock though.

I doubt you need root just to install a clock. You probably just need to set the Android "allow external app sources," setting.
