Root What do I do next

Hello all,
I have rooted my GSM Desire successfully using S-Off method.I would like to increase the internal memory and may be try a well established ROM.I've read all FAQs etc but find it somewhat mind boggling. I can't find step by step instructions to do this.I have Titanium back up installed etc.I would be very grateful if someone could take me through this process step by step.
All I want to do is to get rid of "low on space"notifications etc.I have 16 Gig SD card with no partitions etc.on it.
I can't find the courage with out somebody holding my hand,in a manner of speaking.

I would suggest patitioning with GParted to give you an ext patition.


If you look at SURoots signature he has loads of info there on memory management
