Help What do i do now?

My samsung moment is stuck at the startup screen when you turn it on and it says the glowing "Samsung". It wont turn on, ive tried taking out the battery many times. I dont know what to do...

Downoad the sprint upgrade tool here

Sprint Software Downloads - Smartphones - Samsung Moment with Google

This will flash the stock 2.1 update to the phone. If this doesnt work take the phone back to sprint and get a replacement.

Click on more details, download the software install it, run it and follow the on screen instructions. Real easy to do.

As long as it will still go into download mode you can just reflash it. If not take it back to sprint for a swap...
